My Approach …

  • Each person is unique. I offer personalized support based on your current situation and future goals. We work together to discuss what's going well in therapy and how to improve it further.

  • I prefer working with your authentic self. True growth requires honesty and vulnerability. We will use spiritual and biblical insights to gain understanding of self identity so that you are confident in distinguishing between your true self and pretend self.

  • Navigating emotions can be challenging; especially when they are distressing and lingering out of your control. Strenghtening emotional intelligence helps process and decide from understanding, rather than prejudged beliefs and feelings.

  • Experiencing intense and stressful moments is trauma. Being trauma-informed means understanding how these experiences affect us and taking steps to prevent further harm..

  • This is a safe space where no one is perfect to judge your story. You can freely explore here.

  • I will give you practical skills that work in real situations, not just theories.
